    From start to finish Isra was a great help with my accident claim. Very efficient prompt replies to my queries. I felt in good hands all the way through the claim.     Professional and supportive throughout the process

    I was very pleased with the support I received from Scott throughout my car insurance case . Although the solicitor was appointed by my insurer, he kept me well informed, explained each stage of the process clearly, and was always professional and helpful when I had questions.       We had a good experience purchasing our home. During the offer stage the person who was handling our case was quite slow in responding, requests had to be chased up a lot, and left me out of emails (and only addressed them to my male partner) which was quite annoying, but once Caron took over it was really great, excellent and quick communication. Five stars for Caron.
