A professional service
I was represented by Maryam Ahmed on a motor insurance claim following a road traffic accident, and found her excellent to deal with. Maryam began the case as a trainee solicitor and subsequently qualified during the course of proceedings. Despite being relatively early in her legal career, she handled matters with a level of maturity and judgment that was reassuring from the outset. Communication was clear at all times, particularly when explaining the legal position and the practical risks around taking the case further. While the eventual outcome wasn’t what I had originally hoped for, that reflects the nature of the case rather than how it was handled. I felt Maryam’s advice was sound and well-judged, which made it easier to take decisions with a proper understanding of the trade-offs. Overall, a professional and reliable service, and I would have no hesitation in recommending Maryam and Watermans.
