We had a good experience purchasing our home. During the offer stage the person who was handling our case was quite slow in responding, requests had to be chased up a lot, and left me out of emails (and only addressed them to my male partner) which was quite annoying, but once Caron took over it was really great, excellent and quick communication. Five stars for Caron.

Aaron supported us with the legal conveyancing of both the sale of our flat and the purchase of our forever home. We really cannot fault the service we received from Aaron and would recommend him to anyone (indeed - we already have). He kept us well informed through the process; we never had to chase him. He also stayed late one evening to assist us with a potentially costly snag during the process, which he resolved speedily and smoothly. We would have no hesitation in working with Aaron again.
