Several trying years made so much better with Gepps support

The problem at first glance seemed simple, but proved not to be. We have won our case with all credit to Nadia Fabri, who has always been precise, helpful, supportive, understanding and made a difficult time much less difficult. We are grateful that our battle is over but will really miss our contact with Nadia who apart from being excellent at her job is a really nice young lady.

First time buyer

I had the absolute pleasure of working with Katie Jackson and her team when purchasing our first property. I have heard horror stories of buying a Leasehold property in a turbulent market, nervous sellers and rocketing interest rates and Katie's expertise and assistance went a long way towards ensuring that we got the best service and a quick turnaround transaction.

I would recommend Katie to all friends and family and know we will most definitely return for our next transaction.

An excellent solicitor and even greater human behind the title.

Nobody would ever choose to be a defendant in a case, the choice I would make is to have Natasha by our side again. Natasha is truly a supportive, empathetic, hardworking, honest, clear-talking solicitor who is able to see through the complex minutiae and deal with us as humans. Our case was dispute resolution regarding building work and I think we would all describe it as a rollercoaster ride across several years with many twists and turns. Having Natasha by our side didn't necessarily make all the problems go away but there's no one else I could recommend more to sit next to you, should you find yourself strapped in.

Natasha is on the ball across multiple channels of work and yet she always has the time to keep you in the loop in a really human way. From clear language and signposting of what's expected and at what time, to explaining legal processes and checking in to make sure everything hasn't got too overwhelming. Natasha is an awesome person, she also happens to be awesome at what she does, these qualities we will always be thankful for.

We dealt with Gepp for several years and Natasha from shortly after she joined. The company as a whole have been fantastic, the advice has remained consistent, clear and polite across all colleagues dealt with. Gepp seem happy to work with you, rather than for you.

Excellent Service....

I recently had the pleasure of working with Nadia and I must say, her services were nothing short of exceptional. Nadia demonstrated a high level of professionalism and expertise in her field, which instilled a great deal of confidence in me during our interactions.

What stood out to me was her ability to explain complex legal matters in a way that was easy to understand. She took the time to ensure I was fully aware of all the details, which I greatly appreciated. Her dedication to her clients is evident in her meticulous attention to detail and her commitment to achieving the best possible outcome.

Nadia's communication skills were excellent, keeping me informed at every stage of the process. She was always available to answer my questions and address my concerns, making the entire experience less stressful than I had anticipated.

I would highly recommend Nadia to anyone in need of legal assistance. Her knowledge, dedication, and professionalism truly set her apart. Thank you, Nadia, for your outstanding service.

SETTLED PROBATE, CONVEYANCING, WRITING OF WILL, LPA AND EPA

I cannot recommend Gepps Solicitors enough. Over the past 3 years, they have assisted me during the toughest time when my brother passed away. He died intestate during lockdown.
I firstly dealt with Chantelle Bradley, who assisted in settling probate, at the same time writing my Will along with my LPA and EPA.
It took a year for probate to be granted and after Chantelle had left Gepps, I dealt with Raine Cozens, who assisted me with many issues with my late brother's property which suffered a serious of leaks, finally taking almost 2 years to sort out. I was also given advice by Gepps litigation dept during this time.
whilst Raine has been on maternity leave, I have been dealing with Alison Kendall, who helped finalise my late brother's final estate accounts.
I have also deal with Katie Jacksons conveyancing team who handled the sale of property at the end of last year.

The amount of time, patience and advice extended to me throughout the 3 years has been exceptional. Trying to navigate my way through all of the many issues alone, would have been impossible. All of the people I have had the pleasure of speaking with treated me with such kindness and have been so thoughtful, I cannot thank them all enough and will be forever grateful.

Professional and knowledgable

I recently went through a few month long purchase of shares from a former business partner. I contacted Gepp's and naively thought it would be simple and just wanted advice, however I quickly learned this was far more in depth than I had anticipated and I am so very grateful for the entire service I received from Gepp's and I quite literally could not have done it without them. The process was stressful (mostly due to the other party) however Josh and everyone involved at Gepp's did everything they could to ease this. Would highly recommend, and if needed will use them again.

I couldn’t recommend Gepp enough. We used Bakshi and her team 8 years ago on our first house move and was efficient and professional back then. We have recently used them again for another house move and it would have been so stressful without them. They did a brilliant job getting us in within 8 weeks and after delays in exchange due to other solicitors, Ruth went above and beyond to make it happen for us and still complete the agreed date. Thank you for all your help

Just wanted to say a very big thank you to Jacqui Gurden for helping me and my partner get in our first property quick and stress free. Within an unbelievably quick six weeks after purchase, Jacqui had sorted and processed all of the ins and outs for us to insure we were in our home suiting our time frame. And communicating with us constantly throughout the process. Thanks again. Could not recommend enough.

As first time buyers we were new to the whole process, however, Katie J, Katie B and team were quick to educate us with very efficient responses to any queries and great communication, keeping us up to date with the current progress and the next steps to come. No leaf was left unturned in the searches and we were very satisfied with the whole process.
Thank you all, until next time!
