I was very nervous before meeting Anna but found she was very friendly, understanding and empathetic at our first meeting which was to discuss how to deal with the financial settlement during divorce from my wife. I’m finding the whole situation very emotional and overwhelming but Anna has helped me to understand the process. Fortunately the divorce is amicable so I’m hopeful the legal process will be as smooth as possible and my wife and I will be able to complete Resolution Together satisfactorily with Anna’s advice and support.

Meenal is extremely adept at explaining complex processes in laymen's terms. She is extremely patient and never rushed any of the numerous meetings that my wife and I had with her despite her very rigorous schedule. It is clear as day that she does what she does first and foremost because she greatly enjoys seeing the joy on her clients faces as she helps them embark on one of the most transformative and important journeys of their entire lives. Greatly empathetic, resourceful and meticulous are just a few of the many stellar attributes Meenal possesses. She was successful in securing the documentation needed for both myself and my wife to fulfill our decade long dream of owning and operating a boutique hotel in England. We will forever be grateful for her essential role in making our dream a reality. Lastly, in approximately five years from now there is no question that we will be contacting her again to hopefully obtain our permanent UK citizenship.

Very unhappy to receive a bill above what was estimated for my case, two weeks after the case was closed. At no point during the process was I notified that the number of hours would be increased from the estimated and I only found out upon receiving the bill. All I can say is that the timekeeping on jobs is either not tracked properly, or this is a way to make a bit of extra money and then point to the small print. I would never have gotten away with whacking my clients with an unexpected bill, having not given them notification at the time that hours spent on the job were going over the original estimate quoted. Very disappointed and upset with the lack of communication, I feel like I’ve been played here and have no choice but to find the money to pay for something I had no idea I was being charged for. Who operates like this?! Edit, in response to Ellison's reply: I am not disputing that the case may have required more time than you originally quoted. I am shocked that I wasn't notified at the time and only found out 2 weeks later when the bill was sent to me. If notified at the time, this could have been agreed and covered by the other party yet now I am out of pocket at the end of a very stressful experience. I've been told by your colleague that this is being looked into further following a phone call.

0 Stars isn't an option. Absolutely dreadful - did not perform the task they were paid to do then ran up billable hours on things I hadn't approved. Funds on account was used up on pointless tasks (that I'd already paid someone else to do) and successfully wasted 6 months on a time sensitive matter. Asked for justification of billing and was told in was in her (Lauren's) notes but were unable/willing to provide anything that would be considered "legally admissible" to support this - I was asked to attend a meeting but the requestee didn't turn up; I was asked to communicate through a specific email address but never received a response, instead their comm's came from a different address that i didn't know about and hadn't approved into my inbox. They are obliged to work in the best interest of the client but I have nothing that supports this. Avoid at all costs. Matter now with the Legal Ombudsman and the Solicitors Regulation Authority.

My brother and I can't thank Shah enough for seeing our late father's probate sale through to completion. He was patient, efficient and always on point, ensuring we were always ahead of the game. No matter how many obstacles our buyers solicitors put in the way, Shah's wealth of experience shone through. Ellisons not only dealt with the sale, but their Private Client team also handled the probate in a very timely and efficient manner. Great service all round.
