    Roger Brice brings over 30 years' experience of practise in the Criminal and Military Courts to bear on each and every case. Roger completed his training with Gepp Solicitors and was admitted as a Solicitor in 1978.     Tina qualified as a solicitor in November 1997 spending her early years in law firms across East London.   • Edward Worthy

    As Head of Gepp Solicitors Commercial Team, Edward draws on his considerable expertise when dealing with all aspects of commercial and agricultural matters. He advises on a wide range of rural issues including the development of farm land or reserving development value, tenancy succession, partnership agreements, footpaths and public access issues, farming subsidies, as well as general freehold and leasehold property work. Edward was admitted as a Solicitor in 1998 and spent several years working for an agricultural practice in Suffolk before joining Gepp Solicitors in 2005. He became a Partner in 2006. In recent years Edward has been heavily involved in advising on legal agreements relating to the widening of the M25 for the London 2012 Olympics. Edward is often called upon to advise on complex Land Registry matters, especially first registrations of large farms. His work regularly involves working closely with the firm's specialist tax team as well as the firm's regulatory team.

    Michael joined Gepp Solicitors in 2012 bringing with him an established and strong reputation as a highly experienced and effective adviser. Michael is a litigator specialising in property litigation cases. He has dealt with all aspects of property litigation including landlord and tenant disputes, renewals, rent reviews, dilapidation disputes, neighbour disputes, repair cases and tenant insolvency cases. Michael's work included a greater emphasis on how clients need to consider the effects of the economic downturn and now as the economy improves, clients are looking at opportunities with a fresh perspective.     Neil is a company commercial lawyer with some 35 years in the law. Neil read law at Cambridge University and initially practised in Cambridge before joining Gepp Solicitors in 1982. Neil became a partner of the firm in 1984. Specialisms Neil's practice is focused on corporate and commercial work. He thrives in a world of formations and sales, buy-outs and mergers.     Lisa Carter is Head of the Private Client Department and is dual-qualified as a Solicitor and Chartered Tax Adviser. She was recruited to meet the increasingly complex solutions that are required by the Firm’s private clients in seeking efficient legal strategies to shelter/protect their assets, whether inherited or built up from successful business activities. Lisa advises on all aspects of Private Client work, specialising in capital tax planning for wealthy individuals and families, succession planning for family businesses and capital tax and estate planning for individuals.   • Alexandra Dean

    Alex is a Partner and specialises in employment and company and commercial matters. She is also head of our Employment Team. Having trained at Gepp Solicitors, Alex qualified in 2000 and became a partner in 2007. Today she specialises in all aspects of employment law and employment litigation acting for both businesses and individuals. She also specialises in company and commercial matters including Partnerships, LLPs and Companies. Alex is a skilled negotiator.
