Chris Sarsfield and Kiran Saran handled the sale of our old property and new onward purchase. The sale was initially abortive and we had two abortive attempts before our third purchase was completed. Throughout the period – nearly two years – we received prompt and friendly advice. There were many complications but we were well supported throughout. Our advisers were efficient, reliable and readily available. We felt very glad they were acting for us and are pleased to recommend them highly.

From start to finish we have found Andy to be clear, calm and straightforward. He was unfussy, and led us through the house selling process in a very clear Manny. The fee structure we believe was very good value for money. We would definitely use Andy and Meaby & Co again without hesitation.

Andy did the conveyancing for my house purchase. I am a first time buyer so there were a lot of question marks around the process and timings which Andy did a brilliant job at keeping me updated on. There were also a few snags along the way which Andy always took the time to explain in plain language to me which I really appreciated as house buying can be quite complex. If you are looking for someone who is consistent, reliable and professional look no further.
