    Effective and communicative conveyancers

    I've found all of the team at Lyons Bowe to be responsive and effective, working hard towards our goals. Everybody was prompt at answering emails and answering questions so that I could keep ahead of what was needed next. It was clear from our occasional phone calls that we were on the same page. Right towards the end, they managed to execute a very quick exchange and completion, saving the whole chain a lot of time and money. I also felt the pricing was very fair and clear. No surprise charges despite a very long buying & selling process (no fault of Lyons Bowe). Thanks Liandi, Simone and Faine!

    The team at Lyons Bowe were fantastic. My house purchase took a while due to third-party issues that were not LB or the vendor's fault, but I was always kept updated and informed of the situation throughout. The team were very professional, and the portal that showed progress through the whole process and individual completed steps was really useful! Would definitely recommend to anyone.

      After losing our mum we had her property to deal with which resulted in a sale/purchase within the family.       We appointed Lyons Bowe for the sale of our property, even though they are not local to us. I've been really impressed so far. The app is great once you get used to it. It enabled me to fill in all the house sale info and scan in my documents using my phone. We've not had to visit an office at all so far as signatures have been written electronically. Prerana, the legal assistant assigned to our sale, has been brilliant. Very efficient, responsive, proactive and quick to get things moving. We're now moving on to the legal team for the next stage so hopefully our experience will continue to be excellent.
