I've found all of the team at Lyons Bowe to be responsive and effective, working hard towards our goals. Everybody was prompt at answering emails and answering questions so that I could keep ahead of what was needed next. It was clear from our occasional phone calls that we were on the same page. Right towards the end, they managed to execute a very quick exchange and completion, saving the whole chain a lot of time and money. I also felt the pricing was very fair and clear. For my first conveyancing experience, Lyons Bowe have honestly been fantastic. Everything has been handled so efficiently, and their communication has been excellent throughout. I’ve always felt kept in the loop, with updates coming through quickly whenever anything changed, which made the whole process feel much less stressful. The app is brilliant too, as it lets you see exactly what stage everything is at, so you’re never left wondering what’s going on. Connie Seymour dealt with my initial stages, and I’m now working with Ally Hardy, who has also been incredibly prompt, helpful, and easy to communicate with.

They use an excellent app that demystifies the process of purchasing a house and ensures that as a client you understand what is going on, when it is happening and what is expected of you. Would definitely use Lyons Bowe again. Maddie Coles dealt with our completion (selling our flat and buying another property) and she was great. The other side solicitors were awful to get hold of, but Maddie was very communicative and fought our battles well - we barely had to lift a finger. (which, from my experience, isn’t very common with other firms!) Maddie was friendly and very helpful when paperwork etc got confusing at points. She was a friendly, warm person to have on our side through the otherwise stressful experience of buying and selling property. We felt very lucky to have her as our legal assistant!

I exchanged and completed on my property within 7 weeks, thanks to the exceptional team at Lyons Bowe. From start to finish, every member of the team was polite, efficient, and made the entire process feel effortless. Toni-Marie was my first point of contact. She clearly explained the process, what to expect throughout the sale, and how to use the App, which made everything easy to follow. I was then allocated to the Legal Team, where Jonas Hee became my main point of contact. Jonas was extremely easy to work with—keeping me informed at every stage, explaining what was happening, and outlining what remained outstanding. His communication made the legal process feel straightforward and stress-free. Once the legal pack was complete, I moved to the Completion Team, where Amalia Page took over.
