What a lovely place to be
I worked with mlplaw on an Employee Ownership Trust transaction which completed recently and where I am now the Independent Trustee. I have helped complete on eight similar transactions in recent years and the legal side was very smoothly coordinated by mlplaw. In particular, I was struck by the care they took to ensure that parties who were new to this type of transaction, were educated on the key elements and had the opportunity to question in detail. I look forward to working with the mlplaw team in the future.
