We had an excellent trouble free experience in getting our wills and POA's prepared. An online meeting took place initially which enabled our requirements to be communicated and this led to a quotation being prepared which we accepted. The next step was to show our ID then the drafts were produced, we raised queries which were answered promptly. A final meeting took place to sign the documents. A certified copy of the Will has been received and our daughters have been sent the PAO's for signature. We can now file the documents and tick this off the to do list!
Meg Wilton was friendly, professional and clear in her dealings with me when I wanted to create a new will. It was a very easy process, almost all done via online conversations and email. I'd have no hesitation in recommending her to other potential clients.

During a relatively complex property purchase it became apparent that my husband and I would need a Declaration of Trust. Once we got into contact with Danielle, she quickly understood our needs and was able to answer our many questions. I asked Elite Law Winchester for advice on several personal matters related to property including conveyancing. The advice was timely, pragmatic and reassuring. I also asked for a very urgent business support. This was dealt with immediately when I visited the office. Nothing appeared too much trouble. They were professional but understanding. They have become my go to lawyer in Winchester. .
We used Elite Law for the sale of our property, and I cannot thank Joseph Lewis and Mia Taylor enough for the way they handled what became an extremely difficult and stressful transaction. Our sale was anything but straightforward. There were repeated delays from the other side, unclear timescales, lender-related issues, and a huge amount of uncertainty around exchange and completion. At times, we were living out of suitcases, had belongings in storage, and were under real pressure trying to plan our lives around dates that kept moving. Throughout all of this, Joseph and Mia were calm, professional, responsive and genuinely supportive. They chased when needed, explained things clearly, kept us updated, and did everything they could to push the matter forward. Joseph in particular went above and beyond at key moments, including dealing with late updates and trying to get clarity when exchange was expected. What stood out most was that they treated us like people, not just another file. They understood how much stress the situation was causing and helped us feel that someone was actually fighting our corner. I would happily recommend Elite Law, and especially Joseph and Mia, to anyone looking for a conveyancing team who are responsive, proactive and human when things become difficult.
