We engaged Biscoes to help with an employment law issue. They charged to review the case and send letters. They then stopped replying to our emails and refused to return calls. We had to engage another firm and pay for them to review all the documents and start again.

Luke was great throughout all the process where he really helped me with very clear and sensible advice, apart from helping me obtain a very favourable outcome on my issue.
