I feel compelled to give positive feedback following my experience with Jessica Bonfield of Martin Tolhurst Solicitors. I can only give praise of the highest order for Jessica’s professional conduct when dealing with my case which should be expected but what must be identified, is the level of sincerity and in turn, comfort and hope that one is endeared by. Jessica’s natural aptitude and sheer diligence towards client support is beyond reproach in my opinion. In my given situation, my confidence, hope and optimism has been bolstered and assured. How does one put a value on that. In my experienced opinion, Jessica Bonfield displays all the key fundamentals for excellent client relationships in her profession and is clearly a pinnacle facade for Martin Tolhust Solicitors. We purchased a property and used Martin Tolhurst 3 years ago and had a terrible experience so was very reluctant to use this time round but very glad we did. Our solicitor Cally and her assistant Richard was absolutely amazing, any questions or emails were answered by Cally when in office and when out Richard was always on hand to answer questions especially towards the end Richard was amazing chasing our buyers solicitors and keeping us up to date.
