Very helpful and accommodating. Bit difficult to find the entrance to the office but we got there in the end. Disabled friendly, but no disabled toilet which is a bit unusual as it's a fairly new building, and they're well organised.

I cannot recommend Elite, highly enough. From the very beginning, I felt genuinely listened to, supported and cared for while putting my Will together. The advice and guidance I received from were Yasmin Hoque, was exceptional. She gave me considerably more of her time than I was entitled to, patiently answered all my questions, and even took the time to advise me on things I may need to consider in the future. That level of kindness and generosity is very rare. What could have been a daunting process was made so much easier by her professionalism, knowledge and, above all, her genuine compassion. As a fellow Muslim, I also particularly appreciated the understanding she showed towards my wishes and the importance of getting everything right. I feel very blessed that I found her, and I am incredibly grateful for everything she did for me. May Allah put immense barakah in her work and reward her for the kindness she shows to others. I would highly recommend Elite Law Solicitors. They helped us with the sale of my mum’s property and also handled obtaining probate for my father. During what was already a difficult and emotional time for our family. Charlotte Rhodes, Kamila Brodowska and Danielle Syed were incredibly professional, helpful and understanding. Being a first time house buyer in the current market can be overwhelming and feel more complicated than it need to. I was represented by Angi Gad in regard to both sale and purchase of property. She and her paralegal were everything that I could have wished for in a legal team. They were efficient, personable, well-informed, communicative, available, professional - and, best of all, incredibly responsive. I would have no hesitation in recommending Angi to others and would definitely choose to use her again if the need arose. I felt both privileged and fortunate to be represented by her, as compared to some of the other legal representatives in the property chain.

We were recommended to Kalim from our agents and we couldn’t have been more happier with their recommendation. We heard great stories about people using him and being happy, so it made sense for us to use him for our sale and purchase of our home, and we couldn't be more pleased. The experience from our first time buying a house is night and day. With what can be a stressful experience, Kalim made everything clear, straightforward, and manageable. Communication was prompt, and he patiently answered every single question we had without making us feel rushed or confused. Everything moved along to completion smoothly. We would wholeheartedly recommend Kalim to anyone looking for a reliable person. He truly became our safe space and we felt at ease knowing he was always there. When we hit a few unexpected bumps with the chain, Kalim stepped up, kept calm, and sorted everything out with great efficiency. We wouldn't hesitate to use Kalim and Elite Law again.
I can't imagine a worse experience selling a property than what transpired earlier this year using Elite for conveyancing. Extremely poor communication, unnecessary and very costly delays, and a final bill (£4,975) ending up at more than DOUBLE their original quote (£1,900). Five thousand pounds to sell a modest 2-bedroom flat in Glouscestershire. Just about every email I sent was met with an out-of-office automatic reply, and it would take days to get an actual response. They were attentive for the first few weeks after instruction, but within two months I felt like I was constantly chasing them. Kalim Akhtar was polite, but far from responsive and not especially respectful of the time and money being wasted. Yes, there were issues and delays caused by the flat's management company, but I would have expected a large firm with multiple offices to be able to handle what should have been a simple transaction with more efficiency and attention. I truly regret not using a local solicitor and being taken in by Elite's initial quote.
