    We dealt with Sarah Hogan regarding the sale of a flat I had inherited as executor for my late mother's flat. At all times Sarah was professional, helpful and quick to highlight any problems we might have had. this was particularly important as we had had an earlier failed sale.     I had Mike Clary by my side through my recent contentious probate. He was exactly what I wanted and needed. His specialist knowledge in this tricky area of law is second to none. If it hadn’t have been for him my stress levels would have been unbearable over the one year period. He quietly went about his business and secured me the Grant of Probate before the other side had time to realise what had happened. Extremely professional and cool character. I would 100% recommend him for any contentious probate or litigation work.

      Adinas skilful work on my behalf

      I would like to thank Adina for skillfully guiding my claim from the court judgement, for a charging order in my favour, for monies owed to me by a person denying it was a loan, but a gift. Adina has steered effectively, knowing what to do through a tangle of costs. Unfortunately the person who owed the money died, but Adina was able to draw up an agreeable settlement contract between me and the son of the deceased that led to both parties being satisfied.
