I would thoroughly recommend tg baynes solicitors to all, John Wigginton, Elaine and all the team who helped with my divorce, were very understanding through a difficult situation. More to the point they were kind, reassuring, and very professional throughout the whole process. John Wiggintons professionalism and the way he explained the whole legal process was second to none. Having never used a solicitor before I would highly recommend tg baynes and will certainly be using them in the future when I move house.

Where there’s a will there’s a way

I received very understanding and professional advice from Riya Tehara regarding updating my Will. She took everything I said or queried seriously. She listened attentively before, for example, answering those “what if” questions I raised. I felt confident to have her representing me. She is also in the throes of sorting my Lasting Power of Attorney, as this is not yet concluded I will not remark on that at the moment except to say she has, to date, shown the same confidence and knowledge she spent preparing my Will

I used TG Baynes for conveyancing. Louisa was handling my case and i highly recommend her. She’s very thorough and followed up with seller side continuously even though we had some situation on the seller side. The process took lot longer than expected but Louisa and Marie was helpful throughout the process. Receptionist was also very helpful and helped with paperwork.
