A number of years ago we purchased our first house and used a conveyancing solicitor that was a couple of hundred pounds more than other solicitors.The experience was challenging, stressful, and complicated. After the above and buying our second property Boys and Maughan were recommend by a friend. Sophie and the team are exceptional. We have used their services multiple times over the years, and their friendly communication, expert advice, and extensive knowledge are superb. They make the process as simple and stress-free as possible. We would not consider using anyone else.

I’ve been a client for a few years now . The service has really gone down hill . Communication is awful. I asked for a commercial lease to be reviewed . I took the morning off to go to Canterbury. I met the lawyer who apologised and told me he want the correct lawyer for this particular matter . I made a complaint . Recently i have asked for a contract review and not only was it extremely expensive they said it would take 6-12 weeks . I found another lawyer who can do this by next week . I won’t be using this firm again for any of my conveyancing or legal matters .
Have worked with Mikayla Hamilton on multiple occasions and I cannot express my gratitude and how impressed I always am! Not only is she always fast at responding but also understanding and incredibly helpful. The team around her especially Jess and Emma are just as amazing. Would highly recommend, and thank you ladies for all you have done and still do!!

We cannot thank our Boys and Maughan Canterbury office enough for the outstanding service we received, and in particular, Gemma has been absolutely amazing. Our house sale was completed in just 9 weeks — or effectively 7 working weeks due to Christmas, which is truly incredible and far beyond what we expected. Her communication was excellent, always prompt, clear, fast and reassuring and she made what could have been a stressful process feel smooth and straightforward.
