Melissa was great to deal with from minute one. Clear advice and extremely prompt on responses for any query no matter how big or small. She was great with attention to detail in any small print within the opposing solicitor's terms and contracts, and left no stone unturned. We've had a very positive experience with Berry & Lamberts throughout the sale of our property and purchase of our new home. Jessica Tomney has been excellent throughout, demonstrating professionalism, patience and a genuine commitment to protecting our interests. Both transactions involved challenges and delays, but Jessica remained approachable, responsive and willing to challenge unreasonable requests rather than simply pushing for the quickest resolution. I'd also like to recognise Gareth Jones, who stepped in while Jessica was on annual leave and ensured we continued to receive support, as well as Melissa Thomas, whose assistance throughout the process has been greatly appreciated. Having a team that understands the pressures of managing a simultaneous sale and purchase has made a real difference. As an estate agent having good communication is vital to the success of any sale and purchase. I have known Victoria for years now and she is extremely diligent, always replies on the same day if not within an hour. Also with complex cases you can rest assured you are in the best hands with Victoria but as long as the solicitor on the other side is as efficient you can expect to cut down your process time if you instruct Victoria and highly recommend. I have been 26 years as an estate agent and I cannot rate anyone as high as I do with Victoria.

I highly recommend Jane Stanton and her legal team, they were excellent in the whole process from start to finish, with both Children and financial proceeding.
