Nasima Ansary - Will, Trust & Estate Disputes team
There are times when Legal Advice is unavoidable and expert guidance is needed. If that is the case a good firm is essential and I found an excellent one in Thomson Snell & Passmore being supported by Nasima Ansary in their Will, Trust & Estate Disputes team. The issues I faced were complex, involving elements of Power of Attorney, Property, Wills and Probate. Nasima took the time to really understand the different aspects involved and helped to provide me with options and a way forward. I was lucky to have an expert litigator who was able to provide a range of options from alternative dispute resolution to in-depth guidance on progressing matters to court if thought absolutely necessary. At all times, I was grateful to Nasima, who was keen to encourage me to weigh the risks and costs against likely returns that ensured best return on effort, time and the stress that can accompany these processes.
