    I had the pleasure to have Lydia’s assistance to deal with a settlement agreement with my employer. She was very communicative, flexible and reliable from start to finish and made a stressful process feel smooth and easy to go through. She managed to get the agreement through the line within the agreed budget and did overall a fantastic job, showing empathy and genuine care in the process. I can’t recommend Lydia enough.

    Advice on Settlement Agreement

    I have used Thackray Williams previously, so they were a first choice for support and advice on a settlement agreement with my employer. Lydia Button was able to schedule a prompt meeting, with flexibility of in person or virtual meeting. Despite the short notice she had reviewed the documents in detail and was able to provide good counsel, not seeking to change things unnecessarily, just providing good explanations and advice and changes only where necessary. She always responded promptly to further queries, and the agreement is now settled.

    Lydia provided advice in regard to a settlement agreement I was offered by my employer. Ahead of our first meeting she provided guidance notes which allowed me to come to the meeting fully prepared. Lydia explained everything thoroughly, giving advice where needed and kept me update through the whole process.

      If you want the best, forget the rest!

      Exceptional support, advice in a caring, friendly but professional way. I can not fault Melanie’s perseverance and due diligence in getting the job done. Communication was first class throughout. The same goes for Danielle Wenlock. I called them the “dynamic duo” as they worked in perfect harmony with each other . I honestly could not have got through this stressful time without them. Seriously, if want the best, look no further plus their costs are very reasonable. I have engaged them once before for conveyancing and have had a similar experience so I’ve already recommended them to two of my friends.

      I have just completed on the sale of my home, Stephanie Sculley and Claire Grice supported me during this process and I was very pleased with their support. My home sale was slightly more complicated than most as I had already moved out of the UK when we were in the final stages leading up to completion.
