    Terrible!!

    I endeavoured to contact these solicitors via their regional and national telephone/email and didnt once get a call back or email back. Clearly they dont want the business and cant be bothered. Dont bother with this firm cos they wont bother with you!

    Emma Darley, representing Ringrose was the consummate professional. She was prompt to reply to queries, understood my needs, was always polite and courteous and her advice was spot on. Her secretary April Freeman deserves special mention for the help she gave me with regards to any queries I had about paperwork and I greatly appreciated that she took time to reply politely and without the harsh and impatient tones that I experienced from the firm representing the applicant. I would recommend the Family Law department at Ringrose to anyone and everyone, their attention to detail saved me time and money on several occasions when the opposing firm missed some information completely and mistyped other things. Emma caught every error and I never once felt like I had less than her full attention, even though she had other clients. If the entire firm is as conscientious as the those who dealt with my case then no matter the issue, you couldn't be in better hands.

    These solicitors dealt with an uncooperative, hostile ex-partner to help me obtain a divorce. They did take some time to do get the process done, due to the ridiculousness of the situation, but ultimately they provided me with an excellent service with the understanding and support I needed to get through it. It was a frustrating experience, but one made better with the solicitors empathy towards my somewhat unique situation. If you're faced with an uncooperative ex-partner and need a divorce, I cannot recommend these enough. Thank you Ringrose.

    I contacted this company regarding a family matter. I was given a free phone call to discuss my case.i was told I would receive an email from who I spoke to Rebecca. I never received the follow up email. I then contacted them again over a month later via chat and was given the contact details for Rebecca. I telephoned her and spoke to her secretary who asked for my details and told me she would contact me. Rebecca never did take the time to call me. Being a Solicitor you would expect a professional service by way of responding. I think I have contacted the wrong solicitors If they can't respond to a customer then what will the case work be like ? I'll find a Solicitor who does take interest in there work and Customer ! Thank you Ringrose Grantham

      Excellent Service from Ringrose Law – Especially Miss Beverly Kirk

      I would like to give an excellent review to Ringrose Law, especially Miss Beverly Kirk, who has been incredibly helpful throughout my property purchase. She always responded to my enquiries on time, guided me clearly, and helped reduce the stress I was going through. My situation was very difficult. My initial solicitors, who were supposed to complete my property purchase last year in August, went into insolvency. I received a letter from HM Land Registry telling me I must appoint another solicitor to finish the job. This was extremely stressful. I contacted many solicitors — most did not respond, and some said they did not have capacity. I realised that many firms do not want to complete work that was started by someone else. But Ringrose Law did not hesitate. They took on my case, explained the process clearly, and reassured me at every step. Miss Beverly Kirk was outstanding. She guided me properly, communicated professionally, and made sure everything moved forward. I truly appreciate her support. If I buy another property in the future, I will definitely approach Ringrose Law again. I want a solicitor who completes the work from start to finish and does not give up in the middle — and that is exactly what they did for me. I hope no one goes through what I experienced, but if you do, trust me: Ringrose Law will help you and complete the job. My mortgage advisor originally recommended them, and now I understand why — they are experienced, well‑established, and reliable. Thank you again to Beverly for all your help.

      We recently used Ringroses law to sell my deceased fathers property. Despite it being a registered property, with no mortgage to redeem, probate for both my parents provided at the start and no chain it took 26 weeks to complete the transaction. No dialogue with the team unless i telephoned or emailed them. Service poor. Wouldn't recommend or use again

      Awful I ended up having to speak to the council, builders and God knows who else because our solicitor didn't trust/believe the word of people in public office (in writing) and believed everything was a "con" wouldn't use again whilst I still draw breathe Turned out know one person as lying and our solicitors assumed she knew best
