I have had excellent help and service from Tuckers, particularly from one of the senior partners (Mr Atkins). Throughout a long and complex case, we felt supported every step of the day including receiving help out of hours, detailed explanations of all processes and solid advice every time. Mr Atkins and one of his junior colleagues were very professional, but most kind and empathetic and went way beyond our expectations every time we needed help. We feel very fortunate and thankful that we approached Tuckers at a most difficult time.

Attended to in time and professional advise given
Would not recommend Linas Bajorunas at all. Our experience with him was very disappointing. Although he discussed representing my partner, he avoided confirming this in an official agreement while also failing to clearly explain that he may not take on the case properly. Communication was slow and inconsistent, and a junior solicitor attended a key police interview instead of him where little strategic legal guidance was provided. When charges were later confirmed, Linas withdrew from the case, saying he was too busy, leaving my partner urgently searching for new representation after months of uncertainty. Overall, the experience felt disappointing and unprofessional.

It is almost impossible to provide a reply to anonymous criticism if the user does not supply their details as we have no idea which case is being referred to. We cannot comment publicly on specific cases because of our obligations to client confidentiality but every time we represent someone we set out in writing very clearly the complaints procedure and who the line manager of each lawyer is if you have concerns. We are not aware of any client raising any concerns about Linas through our complaints procedure or by contacting his manager so we have no way of verifying or responding to this complaint. Linas is a much sought after lawyer so it is not possible for him to take on every client who wants him. It is very rare for anyone to complain about him but without telling us directly what the issue is and just anonymously posting negative comments about him on a review site it is impossible to judge if there is any merit to this complaint or any way of resolving it. We take pride in our client care. If you are unhappy with our service please read your police station letter setting out how to contact us about a complaint. Finally please note that strict confidentiality means we cannot discuss a client's case with other people and we often find (as seems to be the case here) that the person complaining isn't even the person we actually represented
Stay away I met Andrew Bennington as a duty solicitor and I relied on him to come and represent me on my court date. He did not get through to me. He did not go through my case with Me and he let me know a day before at 5 PM that they won’t be taking my case on when I have court tomorrow in the morning do not go anywhere near this firm Do not trust them especially Andrew bennington I have been trying to contact them since two weeks as I’ve not heard from him and I finally got a phone call from him today when there’s a day left for court after conta ting the firm for 10 days telling me that he won’t be attended, not professional at all left me in a really bad situation. Do not do not contact this solicitor as they won’t help you they’ll make your case worse stay away from them not proffesional at all

Fantastic representation from Miss Khan at the police station the other day , She represented my son and I was present as the AA so i seen how she dealt with it all first hand, not seen a solicitor who cares like she does in a long time . Was not shy with us or the police and she got him released within a hour after interview as No further action. 5 stars from us both she is real asset to Tuckers highly recommended that you use her
Poor representation at magistrates court
Was waiting at court 5 times called office to as they have provide representation at plea - and at sentence day they keep cancelling and waited in the end of day Friday 5 pm all day looking if anyone can represent me at court from Tuckers . V v bad Me. J. Young walked away straight after court without any exhalation from what day starts curfew. Like all solicitors to their client did when I was waiting them in court all day With all respect to Julian he treated me that could not be worse Than that .
Poor quality preparation on my crown court case. Thanks to them I got a long prison sentence. Avoid them

I cannot express our gratitude to Tuckers and especially to Mr Alex Walsh Atkins enough. In the most testing times, he has been our rock. He has been so professional, knowledgeable, wise, thorough with great attention to detail, excellent communication and has gone above and beyond. He accepts and understands that there may be complex issues with both the individual and the situation and gives time and very well thought out and pragmatic advice. He listens to concerns, is kind, patient, respectful and treats you like an individual not a defendant. He understands that beyond the person there is a family who are equally distressed and helpless. In dark times he stands next to you and does his very best for you. Terrible Firm, Decided to only talk to me about my case on the morning of the court date, the solicitor was also late so we had hardly any time to discuss my case. When talking to my solicitor I quickly realised they knew nothing about the category of law that my case was. In the courtroom my Solicitor hardly fought my case, didn't mention anything that I had told them. Obviously the verdict was not in my favour, pretty much ruined my whole life as I am now unable to work in the profession I had trained, studied, and worked in my whole life. At the end of the hearing my solicitor advised me not to appeal and that I should be happy that its all over. I am almost certain they only took my case for a quick money grab and didn't care about the outcome or how it would affect my life, at the end of the day I know the whole situation was my fault to begin with but I would have never paid Tuckers almost £1000 for them to do absolutely nothing and put in a position where I have given them a substantial amount of money and then not be able to work. DO NOT USE THESE SOLICITORS THEY JUST WANT YOUR MONEY.
