Over the past 45 years the firm has grown from a one man band to what is now a large regional law firm employing over 230 staff across 17 offices throughout Yorkshire. We offer the broadest suite of legal services in the region and are very much embedded in the communities in which we have offices. Whilst some of the growth has been facilitated through acquiring other smaller firms, most has been organic as a consequence of clients recommending us or returning for additional services.

Faye and Joanne where great they handled our case very well and got the job done, in the end it had to be done quickly as our mortgage offer was about to run out, but they still got it done for us. Would use again and would recommend.

Samuel and Khansa acted for us on the sale of my dad's house and the purchase of an apartment. They were always immediately available when I wanted to speak with them, no matter how often that was. They were very helpful and gave clear information throughout. Although there were some bumps in the road these were dealt with swiftly and professionally which is all one can ask for. I would recommend them and use them again.
A brilliant experience from start to completion with Ison Harrison Solicitors Bingley. I couldn’t recommend this company enough. A special mention about Sonia, i’ve never experienced a solicitor be so fast with replying to emails and chasing queries for us. We had quite a difficult chain and without having Sonia in our corner completion would have been a lot later down the line!
Worse than I could ever have imagined. I had to teach them United Kingdom law on two occasions simply to remove their dark allusions. I received no apology, not even an acknowledgement. And they ignore both physical and digital communications. And among their few replies are, ahem, words that are strangers to the truth. And they cannot even arrange a simple, entirely legal, bank transfer without chaos and confusion.
Would give 0 stars if I could. The worst customer experience we have ever encountered. Ignored phone calls and emails, poor advice, and a deep lack of professionalism throughout. Thankfully our case was eventually passed onto a solicitor in the Bingley branch who actually cared about the service she provided and we have now been given a partial refund. The solicitor and his assistant we were unfortunate enough to be allocated to originally at the Harrogate branch were an absolute disgrace.
Very professional and proactive service from Daniel Kenworthy. Highlighted his ability to call on his network and was able to meet a very tight deadline. Would highly recommend this firm and this branch in particular.

We received fantastic service from start to finish. Both Sarah and Lucy (McDonald) were wonderful and lead us through the will writing process with ease. Sarah provided us with additional information that would also help protect our assets which was very much appreciated. It was all very simple and easy to understand. We will definitely be coming back to Ison Harrison if we have any further legal issues we need help with. We couldn’t have asked for better service. We also appreciated the flexibility they provided by arranging to visit us at home. It made it much easier for me as I struggle with mobility.

My mum used these solicitors to take care of probate and making a new will. We dealt with Sarah Zahid, she was compassionate and very thorough. She explained things in simple terms for my elderly mum, which was much appreciated. Thank you for doing a great job Sarah, I would highly recommend this company of solicitors, excellent service!

We had been meaning to arrange our wills for a long time and kept putting it off thinking it would be a complicated process. The team at Ison Harrison (Bingley) were amazing and made everything so easy for us. The communication was excellent. Lucy kept in regular contact and was great when I had to rearrange an appointment due to being hospitalised for a short time. They offered a home visit which made it much more convenient for me during recovery. Sarah was very knowledgeable and provided us with a variety of options in order for us to ensure we will be fully protected. We highly recommend both her and the company. Both Sarah and Lucy made us feel at ease and in safe hands.
Our experience was positive! We particularly appreciated Jordan’s communication towards the end of the process. He kept us up to date, actioned things quickly, responded to us straight away and would call us to explain the steps (which we really appreciated as first time buyers)

We recently used Ghazanfar Iqbal and honestly I was blown away! Worth every penny without going into too much detail he was able to get our case sorted within hours nothing was too much hassle he was even on the phone to me at 10pm to sort everything because I had left it last minute and this still wasn’t any trouble for him most people would of turned me away leaving it so last minute.
