Over the past 45 years the firm has grown from a one man band to what is now a large regional law firm employing over 230 staff across 17 offices throughout Yorkshire. I e-mailed two solicitors in Morley for help with our wills. One of them phoned me back with a price and did we want to go ahead. They offered no help or advise which I had requested. Olivia Plant-Williams at your Morley office e-mailed me back with lots of advice and help. She advised the cost which was actually dearer than the other solicitor who I had no confidence in as I felt they were just after our money. We met with Olivia who explained everything clearly to us. She was very kind, friendly and we felt we could ask her anything. Our wills were signed last week and it was a pleasure to deal with Olivia.

I recently used Ison Harrison for a combination of a house purchase, transfer of deeds for my previous house and witnessing our name change via deed poll. They were great throughout the process of all of them, and we particularly appreciated Samuel's prompt responses and thorough, well-explained responses to our questions in a way that we could understand. Credit to Ellie and Khansa too for their involvement in keeping all of this moving and their support. Right now I am still drowning in boxes and never want to move house again 😆 but if I do, I will definitely use IH.
Ison Harrison Solicitors recently handled the sale of my late mother's house. Everything was handled promptly and accurately. One minor issue was brought to my attention by them & as a result was rapidly resolved - nice and proactive. All communications were precise and accurate, but also with a human touch.
If you want fast and efficient! DO NOT USE THIS FIRM! contact and communication is foreign to them. My mother is constantly unable to get in touch or even get a call back from these amateurs! It's been nearly 12 months and no finalisation on an inheritance case, and they have held back the remaining money from her for that long. No doubt just to earn some extra interest before handing it over, as far as I'm aware they have already taken their free but maybe the longer they keep ignoring their client the more they can claim hours from the remaining money! Absolutely incompetent or just greedy. P.s I am not benefiting from the outstanding money, that isn't my incentive. My incentive is for my mother to have this all resolved.

We had been meaning to arrange our wills for a long time and kept putting it off thinking it would be a complicated process. The team at Ison Harrison (Bingley) were amazing and made everything so easy for us. The communication was excellent. Lucy kept in regular contact and was great when I had to rearrange an appointment due to being hospitalised for a short time. They offered a home visit which made it much more convenient for me during recovery. Sarah was very knowledgeable and provided us with a variety of options in order for us to ensure we will be fully protected. We highly recommend both her and the company. Both Sarah and Lucy made us feel at ease and in safe hands.

His communication whether via telephone or email was consistent and kept us informed at every stage. We were advised to use Ison Harrison Selby Branch to help us sell our previous property and buy our new home in Huddersfield. We were introduced to Kerry an absolutely lovely lady who was kind, friendly extremely helpful and patient who helped us navigate our way to buying our lovely new home.
