    During a very protracted and difficult case fighting a financial lending organisation where goal posts were being constantly shifted, Amarie remained constant.     Awful service

    Very unprofessional, We wouldn't recommend them at all. They are so slow at doing anything. You can't ever get to talk to a solicitor and you end up doing their job for them. They make sure they receive payment first because you wouldn't pay for such poor service. Would definitely not recommend.

    Left penniless

    Despite knowing my available resources they continued to work, producing no results, even after I told them to stop. The complaint was poorly and slowly handled. I would have been better to simply have donated my money to charity and do the work myself rather than allow the firm to simply burn through my money for no results. I'm now left in debt and with none of the issues resolved.

    Terrible experience purchasing a property with Roberta. Repeatedly having to chase her to send reports/documents. Calls going unanswered when I know they have caller I.D. Purchasing property can be stressful but this was another level. I have used Banner Jones in the past and they were very good but I will never use them again. I will be complaining to the legal Ombudsman

      Banner jones is easily the best solicitors I have ever worked with. Especially Samuel Robinson, nothing has been too much trouble for him, even when I have rang with a million questions. From putting in the offer on a house to completion was only around 11 weeks and the process was so easy. If we got stuck on anything all we had to do was call and Samuel talked us through it until we understood. He was very respectful and kind that I had no worries telling him if I didn’t understand something, considering I have never done any of this before so was a complete novice, I think he got me through it pretty well !! So if you want a good value, hard working, honest and reliable conveyancing team, I would highly recommend giving Samuel a call. He will go above and beyond for you and get things done as quick as he can for you. Thanks again Samuel and your team it was a pleasure working with you guys.

      Engaged Banner Jones to do a simple deed transfer due to a breakup. Should have taken 6 weeks max. 8 MONTHS later, with lots of chasing and admittance of poor service, it was done. Am still waiting on a review as to why the service was so poor - specifically Josh Butler, and am still waiting for an apology for incompetence, unnecessary stress & anxiety. Have used many times in the past but NEVER again.
