    I felt the legal advice for the Magistrates Court was ill prepared and that the advice to appeal my case in the High Court was more because Tony felt his own personal pride had been dented. When I approached Tony early this early after my wife had been diagnosed with Cancer I only got a text reply and felt he was not interested because the case had been completed. I will NOT recommend his services.

    Tony was a pefectly competent lawyer, although fortunately I haven't had enough run ins with the law to know if he is better or worse than average. I would say that he sometimes took a while to get back to me, but I suspect that this was because, as we both knew, my case had nothing to it, and he was concentrating on those cases which actually needed his expertise.

    I'm not exactly sure what I paid for frankly. I was at court for sentencing yesterday my solicitor asked me if I'd seen probation even though I'd told them several times I'd had a pre sentence report. I barely spoke to Andrew before going into court having sat there from 09.15 till 15.30. Apparently was busy with several other people. Seemed completely disinterested and I didn't feel supported at all. I also didn't like the way the magistrate was allowed to pester me to pay more money monthly that I said I couldn't afford. You would think your solicitor would ask you what your financial situation was ie incoming and outgoings before going into a situation where your going to get a financial penalty. I think the outcome would of been exactly the same without paying 600 pounds for a solicitor from ringrose law. Extremely disappointed with the service I believe a refund would be fair in this instance as I don't think I received what I paid for. One would assume the whole point of hiring a solicitor is for someone to fight your corner where my experience was my solicitor just accepting whatever happens. Very bizzare experience and not what I've encountered before when hiring representation. Overall extremely disappointed and wouldn't use them again.

      Ringrose we're efficient and kept us informed every step of the way, if you want the best you cant go wrong with Ringrose, trust me they really do go the extra mile, our purchase was completed in 8 weeks, sale took longer but that was down to buyers solicitor

      I granted had a difficult sale conditions, but was disappointed with persistent errors and redrafting of firms. Also being told documents were on the Helpdesk waiting to be signed but each time I went in(3)no one knew anything. I explained they should be in an envelope, but no, they had to contact someone who was always in a meeting, and I had to wait for the forms to be drafted again. On completion day, a very stressful time, I made contact with my conveyancer, who kindly replied telling me I was being inappropriate!! My overall impression was that of incompetence, I am sad to report.
