I had so many misgivings regarding instructing a solicitor, cost was the major one for me, but also I needed to have confidence that anyone acting for me really had my back. I had to feel supported and able to trust the advice given. I also wanted minimum legal jargon and maximum efficiency, I had no desire to feel as if the situation was spiralling out of control, nor as if I was the last to know about developments. It all seemed like a long list but once I met Emma at her office I was immediately reassured by her professionalism, her calm manner and the way in which she checked several times to make sure I was understanding the process. During the time in which it took to negotiate, prepare paperwork and finalise the legal documentation, Emma kept me up to date with regular check ins, she replied promptly to any queries I had and acted quickly to negate any potential problems thrown up by the other side. I was aware at every stage that Emma was acting on my behalf but that ultimately, I was the one making decisions guided by her knowledge of the law and my knowledge of the situation in hand. I felt valued and heard, confident that Emma had understood my needs and motivations as well as the complexities thrown up by the other side. I have no doubt that Emma and her team made a constantly changing process much easier than it might otherwise have been.

Very poor. I was put in touch with these via a domestic abuse charity that my local police station had contacted on my behalf and put us in touch. I had no conversation with the solicitor representing me until the afternoon before court. She then tyrned up 40 minutes late too court, allowing us next to nothing tine to run through things and she seemed nervous both in the consultation room and in the courtroom and the whole thing ended up being a total waste of time. Not once was I asked to show evidence of over 12 months harrasment and to be honest it diesn't make sense at all. Very, very disapointkng

We appreciated you taking our case after initial solicitors were closed down. Professional approach at each stage. We did on occasion find it difficult to contact someone to speak to, and would have been lovely to meet in person

Very friendly law firm, I highly recommend. I went in to get some witnessing done and even though it was just a £5 service, they treated me with the same respect that they would have treated a customer paying thousands of pounds. I will surely be going back for more services

Really good, professional service.

I'm not exactly sure what I paid for frankly. I was at court for sentencing yesterday my solicitor asked me if I'd seen probation even though I'd told them several times I'd had a pre sentence report. I barely spoke to Andrew before going into court having sat there from 09.15 till 15.30. Apparently was busy with several other people. Seemed completely disinterested and I didn't feel supported at all. I also didn't like the way the magistrate was allowed to pester me to pay more money monthly that I said I couldn't afford. You would think your solicitor would ask you what your financial situation was ie incoming and outgoings before going into a situation where your going to get a financial penalty. I think the outcome would of been exactly the same without paying 600 pounds for a solicitor from ringrose law. Extremely disappointed with the service I believe a refund would be fair in this instance as I don't think I received what I paid for. One would assume the whole point of hiring a solicitor is for someone to fight your corner where my experience was my solicitor just accepting whatever happens. Very bizzare experience and not what I've encountered before when hiring representation. Overall extremely disappointed and wouldn't use them again.
