    Everyone I dealt with was competent, professional and helpful. I felt understood and respected and like I could ask anything I needed to and all jargon, decisions and reports were well explained to me. The case was ongoing for a very long time- due to the nature of it, and other parties involved- not Lanyon Bowdler— it never felt like anyone had run out of steam and I was always kept in the loop. The professionalism of all involved made a real difference to how the case and outcome progressed and I would recommend Emma and Lanyon Bowdler to anyone in a similar position

    It is incredibly important to find legal representation that balances high-level expertise with genuine human compassion, especially when a family has been through such a difficult ordeal. We cannot therefore recommend Lanyon Bowdler highly enough for their work on our medical negligence case. From our very first meeting, it was clear that we were in capable and caring hands. This was a deeply delicate and complicated case involving significant suffering for both the individual and our entire family. The team at Lanyon Bowdler specifically Beth Heath approached every hurdle with a level of empathy that we truly needed during such a painful time. They never treated us like just another case file; they understood the human impact behind the legal process. Their legal approach was methodical, braking down complex medical and legal jargon so we always knew where we stood. No stone was left unturned in gathering evidence and expert testimony. They were persistent in pursuing the best possible outcome, maintaining incredible attention to detail throughout.     We received excellent advice, informative documentation in the drawing up of our individual wills and their prompt execution. The advice and implementation on becoming tenants in common in respect of our property was equally excellent.     Have used this company three times. First time for a house sale and purchase and service was OK. Second time for advice on daughter's divorce. Paid £360 for a 30 min chat that was totally useless and unhelpful. Final and last time was for another house sale and purchase and experienced a mixture of carelessness and incompetence - wrong documents, wrong cost figures, wrong insurance policy sold etc etc.. Never again . Avoid

      Our first time buying a home could have felt overwhelming, but Gemma made the entire process straightforward and easy to understand. She was always available to answer any questions or concerns, and her communication throughout was excellent. Jessie also supported with document signing.       They were recommended by another solicitor for specialist probate work. They never returned my call, obviously not interested in new business at the moment. It would have been polite to just say they're too busy rather than promise to have a lawyer ring back then not ring.

      I’ve used Saffia Keegan twice now once for purchase and once for selling. I can’t believe how fast and efficient she is - I have dealt with other solicitors in the past with no response for weeks which can be really frustrating. Saffia and Heloise are both really quick to respond and just get to the point very quickly. She made the process so easy and everything was done online - no messing about back and forth with papers getting lost. In 2025 this is the way things should be done! Thank you so much Saffia & Lanyon Bowdler team. I will never use anyone else! Highly recommend 😊
