    We were very impressed by the overall experience with Georgina, who took time, care and patience with us when guiding my wife and I through the Will making process. Georgina’s knowledge, coupled with her great ability to listen and articulate our needs, allowed us to achieve everything we were looking for in the most efficient way, which suited us perfectly.     I had a completely seamless experience writing my Will with Lyons Bowe. They were quick to respond to my initial request and were happy to adapt their approach after some additional clarifications from my end. The actual Will-writing information gathering process took about 20 minutes over a Microsoft Teams call and felt very straightforward. As I didn’t have access to a printer, they also kindly offered to print my Will at their Bristol office and witness it for me there and then, which saved me a great deal of hassle.

      A solid performance

      Although I find it difficult to understand why Lyons Bowe have different people doing each part of the process, Katarina played her part very well. She is a good communicator and sends you updates in a manner that is easy to understand. We have done the bulk of our transaction in around a calander Month which is very good indeed. She did a great job and we thank her for her efforts.

      Kerryanne was amazing from start to finish. She kept us up to date at all times, didn’t need to chase once! Every time we reached out with a question or query, she replied both clearly and quickly. We ended up choosing to not progress with the sale due to issues that arose with the property but will absolutely returning once we find a new property to proceed with.
