    Excellent working relationship with Mr Rees who was professional, courteous and understanding. He showed sensitivity and compassion during the most difficult of times. We felt fully supported during meetings and lengthy court proceedings. In addition to face to face meetings, we were kept updated at all times via email or phone calls and complex issues were explained in understandable terms. We, as a family, will always be grateful.

    Exceptional service

    Due to an awful experience with the local Health Board, with regards to the care my late dad received, I found myself conacting JCP as one of the go too solicitors recommended by the Health Board. From start to finish, the empathy and professionalism shone through. A special mention to Nick's assistant Alison, who was a delight to communicate with.       I would love to be able to say my experience with JCP was a great one but so far not so good. We made a big effort to go to the branch in Carmarthen yesterday and saw a lovely receptionist who said that somebody would call us back so that we could have a meeting with a solicitor. We’ve heard nothing back from them and when I phoned today, I got a call Centre in Swansea who were extremely vague and said they would put me through to some customer care unit not what I wanted. Hey we’ll keep looking for a solicitor.
