    JCP were recommended to us and we werent disappointed. Throughout our communications they made everything simple and easy to understand. I felt I could ask Angharad or Edwina questions about our remortgage, and they would be answered promptly and proffessionally.     I recently used JCP Solicitors for a residential purchase that wasn't what you would call standard or straightforward. The service that was provided was superb and it was professionally delivered by both Helen and Mari. I was kept well informed throughout the process and when I had queries they were responded to swiftly. Being able to visit the Caerphilly office and have Helen walk me through the vast amount of documentation left me feeling assured and confident that I was in good hands and that nothing had been overlooked. I was additionally impressed with the level of due dilligence that was undertaken during the purchase too.     Constant unnecessary delays in conveyancing, resulting in a cash sale of an empty property taking 5 months. They were not my solicitors as I was the seller but they repeatedly did not respond at all to emails or calls from my solicitor or the estate agent. I believe the buyer is lodging a complaint. Awful service.

      Codicil preparation

      Cherrie had prepared wills for us a few years ago. Now it was time to make an amendment we didn't hesitate to call on Cherrie's expertise again. Cherrie gave us the option of new wills or Codicils, we chose the latter.       Average service so far Quite slow at responding, with some responses taking over a week and prompting to respond, and a lot of questions just slip through the cracks with no response. Typical of a lot of conveyancers recently it seems. Too high a case load I guess

      I would love to be able to say my experience with JCP was a great one but so far not so good. We made a big effort to go to the branch in Carmarthen yesterday and saw a lovely receptionist who said that somebody would call us back so that we could have a meeting with a solicitor. We’ve heard nothing back from them and when I phoned today, I got a call Centre in Swansea who were extremely vague and said they would put me through to some customer care unit not what I wanted. Hey we’ll keep looking for a solicitor.
