Over the past 45 years the firm has grown from a one man band to what is now a large regional law firm employing over 230 staff across 17 offices throughout Yorkshire. We offer the broadest suite of legal services in the region and are very much embedded in the communities in which we have offices. An excellent experience throughout. Simon Helliwell handled my case and was professional, engaging and communicative throughout the process. Swift to respond to either call or email, I was confident my case was being handled to a high standard and he was successful in securing a compensation package significantly above what I was expecting. I would particularly commend his personal ethics, professional standards and honesty in dealing with my case.
I have just used Ison Harrison for a settlement agreement . I received excellent service from start to finish. We asked for mirror wills to be made and found Ison Harrison’s solicitors. From start to finish it was a really easy process and the service was professional and seamless. We were advised to use Ison Harrison Selby Branch to help us sell our previous property and buy our new home in Huddersfield. We were introduced to Kerry an absolutely lovely lady who was kind, friendly extremely helpful and patient who helped us navigate our way to buying our lovely new home. Kerry helped us every step of the way and kept us informed of all the processes and things we forms we had to fill in and made our process as stress free and painless as possible and kept everything on track for the time things were ready for the move in . I e-mailed two solicitors in Morley for help with our wills. One of them phoned me back with a price and did we want to go ahead. They offered no help or advise which I had requested. Olivia Plant-Williams at your Morley office e-mailed me back with lots of advice and help. She advised the cost which was actually dearer than the other solicitor who I had no confidence in as I felt they were just after our money. We met with Olivia who explained everything clearly to us. She was very kind, friendly and we felt we could ask her anything. Our wills were signed last week and it was a pleasure to deal with Olivia.

Leaving this review a while after actually having used Ison Harrison Bingley and Clare Loftus, because life has honestly been moving so fast. But I still wanted to come back and say this properly: I have THANKED God so many times that Clare and her team were my solicitors when I bought my home. I will always recommend them to anyone I know who is looking for a home. My mortgage broker recommended Ison Harrison Bingley to me, and Clare Loftus in particular, because of how thorough and reliable she is. When I first called, I was actually told they were too busy to take on new clients. And strangely enough, that made me trust them even more. It showed me they were not just taking on as much work as possible. They clearly care about giving people the time and attention they deserve. Given delays and initial logistics regarding the property itself, it was a few weeks later where I was able to re-ring and ask if they could take me on. In this time i actually rang around other firms which are highly recommended within Yorkshire and their prices were quite a bit higher than that of the Ison Harrison quote. Once they were able to help me, the whole process felt smooth from start to finish. Clare Loftus and her team, especially Somia Hussain, were always quick to reply to emails, answer the phone, and explain anything I was unsure about. Buying a home can feel stressful and overwhelming, but they made it feel calm, clear, and manageable. I did my own research along the way, as most people do now, and I came prepared with questions. But what really stood out to me was that Clare and the team had already covered EVERYTHING before I even asked. They were always a step ahead. That gave me so much peace of mind, and it made me feel genuinely looked after. This process is not easy, especially when it is something as big and emotional as buying a home. But I never once felt doubtful or unsupported. I always felt like I was in safe hands with Clare Loftus and Somia Hussain. I will always recommend Ison Harrison Bingley to anyone buying a home. Today we completed on our house; I cannot recommend the team at Ison Harrisons highly enough. Navigating such a stressful few weeks was made so much easier knowing that Oliver and all the others were only a phone call away. We were included at every step and timelines were kept.
