We were introduced to Kerry an absolutely lovely lady who was kind, friendly extremely helpful and patient who helped us navigate our way to buying our lovely new home. I e-mailed two solicitors in Morley for help with our wills. One of them phoned me back with a price and did we want to go ahead. They offered no help or advise which I had requested. Olivia Plant-Williams at your Morley office e-mailed me back with lots of advice and help. She advised the cost which was actually dearer than the other solicitor who I had no confidence in as I felt they were just after our money. We met with Olivia who explained everything clearly to us. She was very kind, friendly and we felt we could ask her anything. Our wills were signed last week and it was a pleasure to deal with Olivia.

Leaving this review a while after actually having used Ison Harrison Bingley and Clare Loftus, because life has honestly been moving so fast. But I still wanted to come back and say this properly: I have THANKED God so many times that Clare and her team were my solicitors when I bought my home. I will always recommend them to anyone I know who is looking for a home. My mortgage broker recommended Ison Harrison Bingley to me, and Clare Loftus in particular, because of how thorough and reliable she is. When I first called, I was actually told they were too busy to take on new clients. And strangely enough, that made me trust them even more. It showed me they were not just taking on as much work as possible. They clearly care about giving people the time and attention they deserve. Given delays and initial logistics regarding the property itself, it was a few weeks later where I was able to re-ring and ask if they could take me on. In this time i actually rang around other firms which are highly recommended within Yorkshire and their prices were quite a bit higher than that of the Ison Harrison quote. Once they were able to help me, the whole process felt smooth from start to finish. Clare Loftus and her team, especially Somia Hussain, were always quick to reply to emails, answer the phone, and explain anything I was unsure about. Buying a home can feel stressful and overwhelming, but they made it feel calm, clear, and manageable. I did my own research along the way, as most people do now, and I came prepared with questions. Today we completed on our house; I cannot recommend the team at Ison Harrisons highly enough.
