Over the past 45 years the firm has grown from a one man band to what is now a large regional law firm employing over 230 staff across 17 offices throughout Yorkshire. We offer the broadest suite of legal services in the region and are very much embedded in the communities in which we have offices. Lauren guided me through what was a very difficult process. The problems arose when we experienced difficulties with the Just companies solicitors Enact. I have since made a formal complaint about their behaviour. My complaint was upheld and I was awarded compensation. Lauren put every effort into securing my sale etc. I had meant to write to her personally but I have been very distracted with a number of issues. I have only just discovered your Review Request. I do apologize for the delay in replying and hope you are able to pass this onto her. Many many thanks

Avoid. Current taking legal action against this company.
Maybe you should train your inept solicitors to tell the truth.... and not try to ruin people's lives....
I wouldn't use this company if it was the last company on earth, communication was shocking left weeks without returning our calls, rude, totally unprofessional even to the point of our solicitor sighing documents on our behalf which was never agreed. Also Loved to send a big bill every few weeks for work that had not been done. Dragged our case out longer than it should have ever gone on for 18 months later we swapped to a different solicitors and our case was done in no time
Appalling service. From failing to register titles during purchase, to a childish and unprofessional attitude on the phone, this firm consistently let us down. Their lack of transparency gave us incomplete and asymmetric information, which directly impacted our home purchase and even led to a neighbour dispute. We had to chase them for over a year, essentially doing their job for them, only to receive extremely poor support throughout. Absolutely unacceptable.

We received fantastic service from start to finish. Both Sarah and Lucy (McDonald) were wonderful and lead us through the will writing process with ease. Sarah provided us with additional information that would also help protect our assets which was very much appreciated. It was all very simple and easy to understand. We will definitely be coming back to Ison Harrison if we have any further legal issues we need help with. We couldn’t have asked for better service. We also appreciated the flexibility they provided by arranging to visit us at home. It made it much easier for me as I struggle with mobility.

My mum used these solicitors to take care of probate and making a new will. We dealt with Sarah Zahid, she was compassionate and very thorough. She explained things in simple terms for my elderly mum, which was much appreciated. Thank you for doing a great job Sarah, I would highly recommend this company of solicitors, excellent service!

We had been meaning to arrange our wills for a long time and kept putting it off thinking it would be a complicated process. The team at Ison Harrison (Bingley) were amazing and made everything so easy for us. The communication was excellent. Lucy kept in regular contact and was great when I had to rearrange an appointment due to being hospitalised for a short time. They offered a home visit which made it much more convenient for me during recovery. Sarah was very knowledgeable and provided us with a variety of options in order for us to ensure we will be fully protected. We highly recommend both her and the company. Both Sarah and Lucy made us feel at ease and in safe hands.
Our experience was positive! We particularly appreciated Jordan’s communication towards the end of the process. He kept us up to date, actioned things quickly, responded to us straight away and would call us to explain the steps (which we really appreciated as first time buyers)

We recently used Ghazanfar Iqbal and honestly I was blown away! Worth every penny without going into too much detail he was able to get our case sorted within hours nothing was too much hassle he was even on the phone to me at 10pm to sort everything because I had left it last minute and this still wasn’t any trouble for him most people would of turned me away leaving it so last minute.
