If it was possible to do zero stars I would .. I was just about to actually name and shame a certain person but in doing that this could affect us in the long run. ... But after seeing they offer a service for child abduction I'm gonna hazard a guess that the whole Grimsby branch is a shambles I mean accidents are one thing but knowingly committing an offence then ghosting when caught out... Just wow...
Have dealt with Rachel from the Grimsby branch kept me upto date with everything, communication skills and understanding was first class. I would strongly recommed them.

Paige was very efficient in progressing the sale of my Mums house, quick to respond to questions and in putting together all the paperwork. There were some delays on the buyers side but she did what she could to chase things through.

My Sale completed on Wednesday 26th August. My entire proceeds are 'missing'. No sense of urgency from Pepperells but then they have had their fee. Now 10 days of endless phone calls and sleepless nights. Still no proceeds.
Excellent solicitors. I have no hesitation in recommending them. Lucy Drinkall handled a recent matter for me - highly professional and competent but also friendly and cheerful. A good combination.
Correspondence was poor sent out lots of forms when i tried to phone with a query was greeted with A I and told i would recieve a call back which never came. So all good if you dont need to speak to anyone

We honestly couldn’t recommend Paige enough! She was absolutely amazing throughout the whole process of buying our first home. She kept us updated, always stayed in contact and was extremely helpful in chasing other people when things needed to be pushed along. She explained everything clearly whenever there was something we didn’t quite understand, which made such a difference as first time buyers! She was always so helpful and professional and we felt like we were in safe hands from start to finish. Nothing ever felt like too much trouble, and we really appreciated all the hard work she put in to getting us into our first home. We couldn’t fault her or the service we received.
