John was fastidious in achieving a swift resolution to the financial order in my divorce proceedings. From my initial consultation, I had complete confidence in John. It was immediately clear that our values and approach were aligned: straightforward, pragmatic and focused on achieving the right outcome without unnecessary delays. John was proactive throughout, quickly chasing up inefficiencies and delays from the other party and keeping matters moving forward. Highly recommend Wendy Bailey from the Barnsley Branch, who dealt with a very difficult situation concerning an ex partner who refused to engage in selling the matrimonial home, We had no other choice but to take this matter to the family courts. Wendy was fantastic! Extremely knowledgeable on family law and explained everything to us, kept us upto date with all developments, responded quickly to emails / telephone calls. Reassured us when we felt very frustrated. The court paperwork was always filed on time and in depth. Which couldn't be said for my ex partner's legal team. I had Chris Wong as my solicitor and he was everything I needed and could wish for with dealing with my case. It was very unsettling and a stressful time but he was professional and caring, explained everything and I never felt unsure about the procedures. He was available when I needed anything and made the situation the easiest it could be. I would recommend him to anyone who needs a excellent lawyer, with the human touch so you do not feel out of your depth. Thank you to him and all the office staff as nothing was too much trouble for anyone. The options regarding how I would describe the firm could easily apply to all options but i have simply highlighted some of the main ones.

We were so lucky to have Catherine Shelton as our conveyancer she is truly amazing, patient and understanding we had a long wait for a property in probate but Catherine remained very understanding of the frustrations and actually ensured that once the property had come out of probate we were set up and ready to go, she planned and organised it all perfectly which made the conveyancing go very well. Thankyou Catherine for chasing up on matters, organisation and understanding of our situation and for making our experience in buying a home for the first time easier.
