I have recently completed the sale on my father’s property in Beyton, BSE. I have used Georgina Jones, Senior Associate Solicitor from AtkinsDellow in the past for the sale of my own property and was so happy with the service I received, that I wanted to use her again to help sell my father’s property. Everything went exceedingly smoothly and I was regularly kept in contact re progress of the house sale and any outstanding issues that needed to be addressed. The exchange of contracts and final completion of house sale went extremely smoothly and what can sometimes be a very anxious process was indeed in my experience relatively pain free!!! I would certainly recommend Georgina Jones as a highly competent solicitor in supporting you through the bureaucratic process of selling your/ or someone else’s home. During the early part of this year we required the services of a local solicitor to represent us in the purchase a a new home. As we had not used a solicitor for many years, our Estate Agent offered us a couple of recommendations to consider. So after making an appointment with Atkins Dellow we were immediately impressed with the helpful manner offered by the team in advising us as to how the process was going to be handled. We used Atkins Dellow to handle the sale of our apartment, we found them to be efficient, friendly and professional. In particular Emily Isted who handled our very difficult buyer with the patience of a saint. Emily brought the sale to a conclusion we never thought would happen in our life time, well done Emily.

The transaction went through very well and reasonably quickly, although it was a straight forward sale which helped.
