Avoid this firm,at all costs,asked them to help out on a specific job,furnished them with all info in good time.had a meeting with them and first question was have you paid funds on account which I had,on the day of the submission at 4 pm after having 6 hours allegedly working on the job informed me they couldn’t help,I have no problem with that but they had a whole day to decide,just awful service knowing I had no alternative!!

Found the service provided supporting and helpful from the very first contact. My solicitor, Harriet Howes, was amazing in supporting me with my case and took control of what needed to be done, but kept constant communication going between us so I understood what was happening at all times. I contacted Matthew in regards to traffic issue after I was given his name by a friend that recommended him to me, this was the best decision I could have made, Matthew will not only do everything he can within his power to get a positive outcome, he is also quite prepared to try something new, go above and beyond and think outside of the box to get a result, his positive proactive approach made the difference and I couldn’t ask for more, plus he is a nice chap too, he will listen and give you honest advice. Recommend Leathes Prior greatly. I used LP for a house sale previously and most recently to complete my Fathers probate and Will trusts. Jordan Walker completed the work for me and explained the whole process with great detail and in a way that was easy to understand. I was kept informed the whole way through and I never had to chase for any information or updates. The whole process which did have unusual complications was completed quickly and efficiently.
