After seeing another solicitor, I won’t mention names things looked a bit bleak for me . I then got recommended to Sharon and within two minutes of speaking wow the difference was clear . I was having a tricky divorce on top of false allegations and my parental rights trying to be stripped so my kids future could be determined by the mother only. Straight away Sharon knew exactly what legal step to take . She was also made aware that my financial situation wasn’t great so helped to find the best solution what was great help and not just an open quote for each steps taken if your unfortunate to be in a similar position to me trust me, you want this lady in your corner ! . My only quip or recommendation would be the secretary was not always the same and when searching emails the persons name is put first then the business name. I have an aol email and this caused slight issues I give an example below this comment maybe parfittcresswell should be first then the name of the person as I missed a few emails. lots of mistakes made and for the cost of the Solicitors high hourly rate I feel was unacceptable. So no recommendation from me

Jon oversaw the revision of our Wills that had previously been drawn-up by Copley Clark some 10 years previously. Initially, he arranged for a 'fact-finding' telephone call from which he was able to provide us with a detailed quotation which we both found acceptable. This was followed by a 'one to one' meeting in his his offices which I remember being more detailed than the original one we undertook and which unsurprisingly, also took longer. The draft Wills were completed in approximately 4 weeks and approved. A further meeting was then arranged in Jon's office's where the documents were duly signed and witnessed. Both my wife and I found the whole experience to be professional and efficient. I am pleased to confirm that neither my wife or I would hesitate in recommending Jon and his team.

We recently completed the sale of a property where Parfitt Creswell (Windsor) acted for our buyers. What should have been a straightforward transaction took nine months to complete. In our experience, much of the delay appeared to be due to poor communication and a lack of responsiveness from Parfitt Cresswell. All parties involved spent considerable time chasing updates, often receiving no response for weeks at a time. I would not normally leave a review for a company I had not personally instructed, but the level of communication throughout this transaction was so poor that I felt it was important to share my experience. Based on our experience, I would not recommend Parfitt Creswell.
