    Using them for 4 years - Gone so downhill! do not understand the clien

    Been using Hart brown for 4 years now. Most recently they have just been terriable. The customer satisfaction just isnt there. All they are now concerned about is bottom line rather than whats best for the client. Commercial team in particular. Slow at replying to emails, if they do reply its not what they were actualyl supposed to do. I have used them for property and business on a number of occassions, but never agin. If it was me stay away from Hart Brown, much better firms out there who actually care about the customer rather than thier pockets.

    I cannot recommend Lucy Lawrenson highly enough. She acted for our Property Company on several occasions on diverse cases which included a challenging Lease extension and a Deed of Easement for some extensive Gas works that were required to take place on our property.       Slow and slapdash service

      After my father's death, Hart Brown Cranleigh acted as executor on behalf of my elderly mother. The will could not have been simpler as she was the sole beneficiary, all accounts and property were in joint names and there were no debts. It took almost two months before a single action was taken by anyone at Hart Brown, banks and insurance companies were not contacted in a timely manner. Emails and calls were not replied to, out of office auto-emails were incorrect, family and client were not kept informed of progress. Client service charter was not adhered to, documents contained factual inaccuracies and final bill was incorrect. I would never use this law firm again.

During my employment dispute she took the time to listen and explain my options, providing support and candid advice during a very painful and stressful situation.       Appalling. Called Monday morning and no one there. Perhaps all working from home

      We have investigated this and we have found the log of your call on Monday. It says the line disconnected when the receptionist tried to transfer your call to the correct team. We have asked for this to be looked into as a matter of urgency with our call provider - we do not want clients experiencing issues like this. A member of our team will be calling you this morning to sincerely apologise.
