Having used Hart Brown almost 25 years ago when we first drew up our wills, we came back to make some adjustments as the service had previously been faultless. The same could not be said this time. No acknowledgement of an email of ours replying to Hart Brown to arrange our appointment in over 2 weeks is not what we had anticipated, but we cant really take the chance to wait any longer given that its a will! Maybe a one off, who knows, but our loyalty was clearly misplaced.
We are very sorry to read this review. We have escalated this to the Head of Department and the matter is being looked into immediately. The combination of remote working and dropping in to the Godalming office worked very well. The TEAMS meeting with Emily was relaxed and - thanks to filling in the Will Questionnaire beforehand - we achieved everything needed in the allocated time. All communications with Emily and Lesley were friendly and efficient and Tracey was also helpful and welcoming when I visited the office to deliver or sign documents. I am very pleased to have my new Will completed successfully and promptly.

We decided to use Hart Brown after a recommendation and thank god we did. Jeremy is the consummate professional. With assistance from Stacey he help us sell and buy our homes, dealing with Help to buy and an estate management company. We didn't have to chase him once. In what turned out to be quite a stressful move due to our seller using an office block full of paralegals instead of a proper high street solicitors, Jeremy chased and pushed each step of the way sending us near daily updates. We cannot recommend Hart Brown enough. Do not be fooled into using cut price services by your estate agent. You will pay for it in stress. Use a local, rated, high street Solicitors. Thank you.
