    Conveyancing - Residential sale and purchase

    Chris Sarsfield and Kiran Saran handled the sale of our old property and new onward purchase. The sale was initially abortive and we had two abortive attempts before our third purchase was completed. Throughout the period – nearly two years – we received prompt and friendly advice. There were many complications but we were well supported throughout. Our advisers were efficient, reliable and readily available. We felt very glad they were acting for us and are pleased to recommend them highly.

    Clear, calm and consistent

    From start to finish we have found Andy to be clear, calm and straightforward. He was unfussy, and led us through the house selling process in a very clear Manny. The fee structure we believe was very good value for money. We would definitely use Andy and Meaby & Co again without hesitation.

    Peter Russell and Nicky Cleightonhills at Meaby and Co have dealt with four purchases and three sales for us in the last six years - and if that doesn't speak for itself, some of these were very complicated transactions. We shopped around on price and they are among the cheapest, and they are never (as lots of lawyers are!) slow to respond or needed chasing. Nicky Cleightonhills in particular went above and beyond the call of duty time and time again to make sure we were informed and advised - and there's a big difference! Truly a lawyer who earned every damn penny of the fee. Couldn't recommend more highly to anybody at any level of transaction.

    Andy Roscoe has been beyond brilliant as my solicitor in completion of selling my house!! Although we had to work with nightmare solicitors on the buyers' side, Andy was extremely responsive, helpful, knowledgeable, and went above and beyond putting in extra time and work into chasing the solicitors, and making sure completion got done in a timely way. I never once needed to check in on Andy because he was always 5 steps ahead, and I felt completely supported the whole way through. I honestly cannot recommend Andy enough!!
