Rosie Taylor provided a fantastic conveyancing service while I moved house and has since helped with advice regarding land registry. She was very responsive to email, provided updates regularly and liaised well with other parties such as mortgage brokers. Documentation was accurately produced and at no point did we need to chase her for information. The process went extremely smoothly and I would request Rosie’s help with any future property legal requirements

We would recommend Hart Brown to people who need clear understanding of the intricacies of making a will, especially at the end of life. They go into detail regarding inheritance tax, marriage and other problems couples may encounter. Highly recommended. Lindsay was very thorough and explained in layman's terms regarding a few issues on personal matters.

I'd like to thank Hart Brown in Woking. Fees were clearly set out at the start and I found Nitasha to be approachable, available and on top of everything. Having used Hart Brown almost 25 years ago when we first drew up our wills, we came back to make some adjustments as the service had previously been faultless. The same could not be said this time. No acknowledgement of an email of ours replying to Hart Brown to arrange our appointment in over 2 weeks is not what we had anticipated, but we cant really take the chance to wait any longer given that its a will! Maybe a one off, who knows, but our loyalty was clearly misplaced.
We are very sorry to read this review. We have escalated this to the Head of Department and the matter is being looked into immediately.
