We purchased our home at the height of the pandemic in February 2020. The property was empty for 5 years prior to us moving in. Quite quickly, we realised that every weekend without fail, smoke was coming from the back of our garage (the garage is at the very end of the garden). It was so bad that when I did my laundry, I had to be scurrying outside to take them up and locking up our windows because of the smell of whatever was being burnt. We thought it was just a one-off, but it continued. Things came to light when we cleared the side of the fence of rubbish and overgrown weeds. And to our horror our next door neighbour had inserted a gate and gained access to the rear of our garage where they were burning their rubbish. Not only that, they built a platform from the back of their garden and extend it over to the rear of ours! also using it as a storage area. After suffering 2+ years of stress and fussing with my other half about the problem because we did not want a row/confrontation with the neighbours. At one point I spoke to the neighbour about it, but they still carried on. So I decided to seek help. I first contacted HartBrown in April 2022 and was referred to Lucy Penfold. Lucy listened to my problem and explain things to me so I could understand and was professional from the very start. She forwarded all the necessary paperwork to me to begin the process immediately. All the time keeping me informed. If she was not in office on a particular day, she would refer me to one of her team members who worked along side her. Lucy was able to get the job done, for example the burning of rubbish behind our garage has stopped, also, there was a twist to all of this (which I won't go into details) and it's because of the excellent job of Lucy and her team. (Even though some of the problem still exist, which we later found out, she was able to leave me into capable hands for which I am very happy), simply because of her hard work and dedication. I cannot thank Lucy and her team enough and am very grateful that she was there for me. I would definitely recommend HartBrown to my friends and family and surely use them again if needs be. This is a highly professional team that goes over and beyond to get the best outcome for the client. Very knowledgeable with the subject of clinical injury. Highly efficient. Mine was I am sure, one of the most complex cases of injury HartBrown has had to deal with, and they did the best.
