This last time exceeded all expectations when we worked with Michala Ward. It was a more complicated purchase, financial transaction and chain but she was behind us every step of the way. Michelle was absolutely excellent, she went above and beyond in her role when there were some delays with our move, constantly chasing other solicitors and always giving updates. Communication was always excellent, she replies to emails and messages so quickly. It honestly would've been a lot more stressful without her.
