I was an innocent party in a car accident in October 2019, and shortly thereafter I engaged Truth Legal to assist me in my claim due to ongoing medical issues incurred in the accident. Covid hit the following March, and while I had some limited contact from my original case handlers (I think had three dedicated handlers throughout the duration of my claim), when Lucy came on board things were much more smooth, timely and productive. She was able to provide additional detail for me when required, and help me understand the process and manage expectations to what was ultimately a satisfactory conclusion. I'm very grateful for Lucy's time and assistance, and would recommend her and Truth Legal if anyone else finds themselves in a situation similar to mine.

Over a two year period we used the services of Hay Kilner to take a case against a "so called" Care Home owned by HC one in Sunderland. We were very satisfied with the way Hay Kilner managed our claim to a satifactory end. Despite staff changes the claim was kept on track by Helen Morland Patner. If you have problems with the Care for your loved ones . Dont bother going to the Council of the CQC because we found they dont really care . Just take legal action with this firm and you will be in good hands .
