The solicitor coordinates evidence gathering, drafts statements of case and applications for schemes or directions, engages with the Charity Commission (or its successors) on regulatory matters, and negotiates or applies for court orders to protect charitable assets, prioritize beneficiaries, or reform governance. Robin Charrot

Tagged solicitor Robin Charrot

The level of care and attention that Robin Charrot and his team took did not go unnoticed and won’t be forgotten. From the outset, I appreciated Robin’s straightforwardness and that he patiently talked through my many “what if” scenarios and questions. He was tactful, kind and tempered any fraught moments and I trusted him implicitly. He sourced several excellent barristers to choose from for a PFDR hearing. Despite the differing locations, in-person and online meetings were accommodated, as necessary. When the chips are down, a steadfast resolve is what’s needed. Robin, Eluned Roberts and Sarah Jane Whittaker worked seamlessly as a team and fought my corner with dignity. I am now moving forwards from a much more positive position than if I had dealt with this alone. A huge thank you to you all.
