I used Ollie to purchase an old agricultural barn with planning permission to convert to a home. This was a more complex purchase than anticipated due to boundaries, challenges with services, accessways etc but his knowledge and attention to detail was second to none and really took our future needs into consideration. Being new to purchasing land we had no idea what the right questions were to ask, but he anticipated our needs and acted as a real partner to us rather than just offering a service. Whilst we were buying the land outright, we eventually needed to get a self build mortgage and he knew which elements a future lender would need to see and gave us great advice for the longer term too. Ollie kept us informed right the way through and was very proactive, would highly recommend him (and Ashtons Legal) to anyone else going through a similar situation.

We have completed several remortgages with Russell and Russell. Good communication and smooth process. Gulrez Khan and Callum in particular were very quick and efficient in getting them through. Will definitely be using again!

We recently sold our property with Aisling handling the conveyancing, and we couldn’t be more pleased with the service she provided. From the outset, Aisling was professional, efficient, and incredibly easy to work with. She guided us through the entire process with clarity and confidence, making what could have been a stressful experience feel smooth and straightforward. Aisling kept us informed at every stage, was quick to respond to any questions, and always acted with our best interests in mind. Her attention to detail and proactive approach ensured there were no delays, and everything was completed on schedule. If you’re selling a property and want a solicitor who is knowledgeable, reliable, and a true professional, I would highly recommend Aisling. She made the whole experience far less daunting, and we’re extremely grateful for her support.

Craig Williams and the team at the Harrogate office dealt with our recent purchase of a small amount of garden land. What should have been simple was made very difficult by the seller - but having this team fighting our corner made a very frustrating situation much more pleasant. Would not hesitate to recommend them, could not have asked for more in every aspect.

Throughout à very complicated situation of handling my affaires with a difficult " buyer to be" that procrastinated for long periods Rachel remained calm and proffessional-always looking after my interests.

Me and my wife have just purchased our first home and to say it was an easy process is an understatement. Both Jessica and Rachel made the whole journey experience a breeze. Not only did they answer all of our questions and kept us up to date, but they had a real care about how they interacted with both of us. Would choose SAS Daniels while Jessica and Rachel were there. I must also give a shout out to Ashleigh for sorting out Declaration of Trust out and providing the same excellent service too. Wish all three of them the best for the future 😊
