Buying my first home came with a lot of moving parts, but Natalie and Rhys made the process feel much more manageable. They were helpful, responsive and kept things progressing. I really appreciated the support, communication and all the work behind the scenes to get everything over the line. 7 months to sell a lock up garage ????
We had a buyer for our single lock up garage in February. There was no chain,no mortgage involved,indeed,a very straight forward sale. However,this simple sale took 7 months to complete, due to the complacency of the Solicitors involved on both sides. Our buyer and ourselves kept each other informed of the lack of progress,and we had to constantly push to get any action throughout the process. After 7 months,our solicitor then charged us an extra £180 for completing within 10 days !! We complained to the firm and were refunded the £180 and compensated.
