Great Value
I was selling a house in Gloucestershire but, as I live in Northern Ireland, I had to find a solicitor on mainland UK to handle the conveyancing. I rang a couple of companies and one quoted £1,600 to handle the transaction. I searched on the internet and was guided to Stephens Wilmot Solicitors, who quoted £600 - a £1,000 saving! Jonathan Harris acted on my behalf and kept me up to speed with any developments. He even found a money-saving solution to a land registry issue. It all went very smoothly and the exchange took place on 01 June 2026. Thank you, Jonathan!

This is not the first time I've used SWS for their conveyancing service as it is always excellent. I would not hesitate to use them in the future they are extremely professional and personable.
