Dealt with Robert for my house sale and purchase. Couldn't recommend enough. Excellent service from start to finish. Robert made both the sale of my old home and the purchase of my new property straightforward and stress-free. Great communication, professional advice, and efficient handling of the entire process. We had a 11 month beast of a move with a 5-house chain that fell down twice. All of our suppliers let us down to an extent, the only exception was Cheryl and her team at Stephens Wilmot who were amazing and kept it all together for us. We've moved twice now and both times have used SW and we would find it very hard to use anyone else in the future. The only downside is that you have to write the word 'Mamhilad' three times on every envelope.. it's really a bit much.. Thanks Cheryl, I hope this glowing review gets you a big fat pay rise ;)

They were incredibly efficient, with all paperwork reviewed and ready in good time. We were keen for a fast purchase, and thanks to Jo’s excellent forward planning and clear advice, we were able to achieve our goal completion date.
