Having lost my husband in 2023 I decided it was about time I made my will and sorted my power of attorneys out. I met with Simon who put me straight at ease and explained everything to me. Nothing was too much trouble. Simon made quite a few draft copies without any fuss at all until I was 100% happy with the completed draft.

Selling my late parents house - which was not straightforward. Excellent advice and help from Cheryl Head and Tracey. Cannot fault the customer care from both these ladies at such a difficult time. Caroline Facey was very supportive during the entire process and clearly put a lot of time and effort on getting the purchase done within the ours and the vendor's calendar. Rachel acted for us on a residential purchase that was far from straightforward. It involved bridging finance, third party security and several intersecting legal workstreams that all had to be kept moving in parallel. Rachel stayed on top of the detail throughout, coordinated properly with the lender's solicitors, and gave clear, direct answers whenever a point needed resolving. Communication was prompt, and I was never left chasing for a response. A safe pair of hands on a complicated matter, and I would instruct Stephens Wilmot again without hesitation.
