Having lost my husband in 2023 I decided it was about time I made my will and sorted my power of attorneys out. I met with Simon who put me straight at ease and explained everything to me. Nothing was too much trouble. Simon made quite a few draft copies without any fuss at all until I was 100% happy with the completed draft.

Emma, along with Elise, has been amazing. What started out as a simple, no-chain, house sale turned into something much more complicated. Emma guided me through the processes, acted entirely in my best interest, kept me informed and dealt with everything that was thrown at us efficently and professionally. I wouldn't hesitate to recommend her and Stephens Wilmot and, if the need ever arises again, I'll be straight back on the phone. Five stars isn't enough, she deserves a whole constellation.

I was assigned Samera and Megan for the sale and purchase of a property and I had no issues. We had a 11 month beast of a move with a 5-house chain that fell down twice. All of our suppliers let us down to an extent, the only exception was Cheryl and her team at Stephens Wilmot who were amazing and kept it all together for us. We've moved twice now and both times have used SW and we would find it very hard to use anyone else in the future. The only downside is that you have to write the word 'Mamhilad' three times on every envelope.. it's really a bit much.. Thanks Cheryl, I hope this glowing review gets you a big fat pay rise ;)
