No contact and no help - this review prompted them to contact me
Engaged one of their senior solicitors via a family member. contacted to introduce myself and move forward and after their initial reply about be tardy due to lack of staff etc they have blanked me. 2 calls asking for her to return my calls, 2 emails all ignored, i have all the evidence. Just be aware. Edit: They finally got in contact with me, conveniently, a few days after leaving this review. I've changed to 3 stars and we will see how their service goes.

Unlike many property transactions where you are left chasing updates, I was kept informed at every single stage of the process. Petra and Amanda were equally supportive too.
