My wife and I recently used Alsters Kelley (Banbury) to draw up our Wills and LPAs and we could not be more pleased with the service we received. And we were very fortunate indeed to have Shannon as our designated lawyer as she proved to be exemplary throughout. From our first consultation, she provided an outstanding level of professional guidance, especially where we found issues either complicated or confusing, while taking the time to listen carefully to our wishes. Engaged one of their senior solicitors via a family member. contacted to introduce myself and move forward and after their initial reply about be tardy due to lack of staff etc they have blanked me. 2 calls asking for her to return my calls, 2 emails all ignored, i have all the evidence. Just be aware. Edit: They finally got in contact with me, conveniently, a few days after leaving this review. I've changed to 3 stars and we will see how their service goes.

Jas was brilliant throughout the whole process. She explained everything clearly, kept me informed, and was always there to support me. She was professional, friendly, and incredibly helpful from start to finish. I couldn't have asked for better service and would highly recommend her. Thank you, Jas! ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐

Natalie, Miranda and the team were excellent on our conveyancing. Super diligent and responsive and always willing to help progress things. Would come highly recommended.

Unfortunately Alsters Kelly in Leamington Spa gave me conflicting advice on an urgent matter that they said they could handle. I then had to call several times after giving the instruction to go ahead as I still had not received any onboarding paperwork 11 days later, to be told unapologetically that there wasn't even a file open for me. At that point I took my business elsewhere, and I would absolutely not recommend them.

Excellent team of Fern and Charlotte provided a first class service of conveyancing for us. Very friendly and supportive especially being so accessible and easy to approach.

Malika Was Amazing , Very Serious About What They Need To Do, Thankyou

Despite some initial delays due to a change in solicitor, Corrine was very approachable, clear, and thorough once she took over the matter. She took the time to explain everything carefully, particularly around trusts and provisions for a blended family and other complicated matters. All the documents reflected our wishes accurately.
